Turns out the old adage still applies regarding "location." This spot is on East Boulevard in Charlotte and is in the middle of Dilworth, a very nice old neighborhood with lots of families, professionals and tradesman - the heart of our customer base. And as you can see, it has "good bones." It was built in 1947 and was originally called "The Drum." (note the circular fence on the roof. That was the original outline of the building, which was actually shaped like a drum) Some of the original structure still exists inside the restaurant as well. We plan on bringing out some of that history in the design.
